International students enrolled at UdeM are supported by an experienced team before they arrive on campus and during their stay. Our team’s advisors guide students through every step of their immigration process and the university's administrative requirements.

Online service desk
An online service desk (code: 782422) is open during the following hours:
- Monday: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Friday: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Before meeting with our team, please prepare your matricule to facilitate access to your student file.

Particular situations
Please make an appointment with our team at immigration@umontreal.ca if you are in one of the following situation:
- You have receive a denial intent notice of your CAQ
- Your CAQ or Study permit applications have been denied
- You are applying for a restauration of status
We will send you instructions for submitting the documents required to assess you file.
